We want to be ready for summer to endure the hot days, get rid of that heavy feeling when eating or drinking certain beverages. There is in fact a drink that will help us feel good.
Originally from the Himalayas, moringa is the new trendy slimming plant this summer. This ingredient is ideal for a refreshing and detoxifying latte, the moringa latte.
If you already knew the Matcha Latte, it’s time to get to know the moringa latte. So far less popular than Matcha, moringa is a superfood that has energizing and detoxifying properties, besides being known more than anything else for its undeniable slimming properties.
With the moringa latte you can benefit from these properties with a simple recipe: milk, honey, cinnamon and moringa powder.
This plant has been used for Ayurvedic rituals for 2000 years B.C. and is well known in Asia. It is now the turn of Western countries to venture into moringa tasting, especially with the moringa latte.

With a drink as the moringa latte you can enjoy all the virtues of this plant. It is very rich in vitamins and is said to contain four times more Vitamin A than carrots, as well as vitamins B6 and B2, reputed to stimulate energy production by burning fat.
It also has a high concentration of fiber, which reduces fat absorption in the intestine, making it more difficult for fat to stay in our body.
Moringa is composed of 30% vegetable proteins and is indeed an ideal food supplement for sports routines since proteins play an essential role in the regeneration of muscle tissue. If you combine sports routine and moringa you will have an exceptional ally for fat loss!
Moringa Latte Recipe
To prepare this recipe you need milk, honey, cinnamon and of course moringa powder. It is important to know that moringa exists in various forms such as leaf, powder and oil. Choose the powder for a better dilution in your drink.
Ingredients
Milk (animal or vegetable)
Honey
Cinnamon
Moringa powder
Type of glass: cup or glass
Preparation
Fill the glass with milk.
Add a spoonful of moringa powder. Add a spoonful of honey to accentuate the flavors. Mix.
You can make the drink more homogeneous by using a blender.
Finally add cinnamon sprinkled on top.
