The Interprofession du Cognac present at the Paris Cocktail Festival and the France Quintessence Show
The two events, reserved exclusively for professionals, will be held simultaneously at the Paris Event Center (Porte de la Villette).
The Interprofessionnel du Cognac (BNIC) will participate in the two main events in Paris at the end of the year. The Paris Cocktail Festival and the France Quintessence trade show will be held on 19 and 20 October 2020. Both will provide the opportunity to discover the aromatic richness of cognac. This 2020 edition is reserved exclusively for professionals in order to limit the number of visitors due to the restrictions put in place to mitigate the spread of Covid-19
In the program, Guillaume le Dorner. The mixologist of the Bar Luciole (Cognac), will make the professionals of the cocktail discover a long drink and another short drink. Both drinks highlight the aromas of cognac.
France Quintessence – Sixth edition
Once again this year, professional visitors will be able to discover or rediscover and taste a wide range of 100% French-made products. Régis Hardouin Finez, cognac educator, will lead a workshop on olfactory tasting. This workshop will allow everyone to discover a dozen of the emblematic aromas of cognac. Visitors will then be able to taste a selection of cognacs in the exhibition, namely the Bache Gabrielsen, Decroix, Domaine du Chêne, Grosperrin, Park, Planat and Tesseron houses.
