Paris. La Part des Anges: An 11th edition to support Thierry Marx’s cooking school
La Part des Anges is an annual charity gala known for its famous auctions of exceptional cognacs. This adventure of solidarity, in existence since 2006, is committed each year to donating all the proceeds from the sale to an association project. Since its creation, more than 1 100 000 euros have been collected during sales, thus helping more than twenty associations to various projects (health, social, education, employment, heritage…).
This year 22 decanters and artistic blends, generously offered by the great cognac houses, will once again be put up for sale. Hennessy, Eloge, Martell and Larsen are some of the generous donors who will be supporting this 11th edition “The school of reintegration around the kitchen” created by the famous cook Thierry Marx.
In 2012, the French chef decided to set up a free training centre for catering professions. A school dedicated above all to young people in difficulty and former prisoners. His goal is to pass on his knowledge and the importance of discipline to help them reintegrate into society while learning a future profession.
