We visited DELANO BAR, which innovatively revisits iconic cocktails from different regions of the world using carefully selected local spirits and ingredients, highlighting the culinary treasures offered by the city.

At Delano Bar, the ambience is characterized by tones of leather, tobacco, terracotta and copper, offering a contemporary interpretation of the hotel cocktail bar. Rubelli and Jim Thompson fabric armchairs add a touch of luxury, while textured walls showcase contemporary artworks.

Head bartender Kevin Eteo Mba, with a wealth of prestigious experience, leads the bar with a new identity in line with the philosophy of Maison Delano Paris.

Kevin Eteo Mba developed his art of the cocktail alongside head bartender Jean Munos, acquiring an international dimension and a keen eye for trends. With a personal approach to classic and neo-classic cocktails, he brings his own unique and creative style to the table. The menu features bold cocktails, highlighting local raw materials and also offering non-alcoholic options.

Delano Bar features a signature menu entitled “Cliché”, offering a festive and elegant experience. French wines and spirits are carefully selected for a contemporary approach. Cocktails, with French names that can be pronounced in any language, pay tribute to the local clientele. Gourmet and refined sharing dishes accompany the precious liquids, from oysters to caviar to veggie treats.

Whether for an aperitif or late drinks, Delano Bar offers a complete experience, with guest DJs to liven up the evenings. A true destination not to be missed in the Faubourg Saint Honoré district.
