The best gins aged in casks reveal the dark side of the spirit

Gin is the main ingredient in many classic and modern cocktails. This brandy flavoured with juniper berries is a delight for bartenders all over the world.

Over the past ten years, distillers have experimented with the aging of the famous clear spirit in barrels of old bourbon or rye for several months to soften the juniper.

Oak adds flavours to gin such as vanilla or caramel, we love it! When wine or sherry barrels are used, more fruity notes appear. You can enjoy it pure or with ice cream… according to your desires.

Don’t drink and drive. Enjoy responsibly.
