A Wines and Spirits Festival Soon to be held in China
This is the third edition of the festival that will take place between 15 and 20 December in the city of Yibin.
The festival in Southwest Asia will feature more than 1000 brands, 100 spirit societies, and major distilleries. These include Wuliangye and Kweichow Moutai. There will also be the presence of 60 brands from foreign producers.
The China Wine and Spirits Association (AVSC) organizes the event for the third time. According to its president, Wang Yancai, the festival promotes an exchange to globalize the Chinese spirits market and the Chinese wine culture.
For the third time, the region hosts the festival since 2017. Held in South West Asia, in the province of Sichuan, here also the famous Wuliangye brand is produced.
Diageo and other companies present in parallel to the festival
London-based beverage producer DIAGEO, among other recognized companies, will participate in the International Wine and Spirits Alliance forum. Held in parallel to the festival, this forum will launch pro bono initiatives on environmental protection, cultural preservation and responsible alcohol consumption.
