Noppasate Hirunwathit is a senior bartender in Bangkok at the Rabbit Hole Bangkok bar, dominates the Tiki and modern drinks style, and possesses Flair Bartending skills. He has six years of experience as a bartender behind the bar, which has earned him numerous nominations and participations in competitions from which he has won:

Nostalgia cocktail
Ingredients
1 & 1/3 oz Bacardi Carta Blanca
1/4 cup coconut water
1/4 oz banana liqueur (Giffard Banane)
1 tbsp almond syrup
1 tbsp dry Sherry
5 handshake from Ardbeg or Laphroaig whisky
Type of Glass: Rocks
Garnish: banana chips
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and pour into refrigerated rock glass. Garnish. Taste and enjoy!
