Limeburners, on the other hand, is produced at the Albany distillery from malted barley grown in Western Australia. Cameron Syme, founder of Limeburners, explains that the success of his whiskies is due to the raw materials in the region.
“We’re very lucky here in the Great South region of Western Australia. For having one of the richest grains in the world within reach. Clean water and fresh air.” Cameron said, “It means we have the tools to make world-class whisky.”
