1- Where are you originally from?
From Italy, Como Lake 😉
2 – How long have you been a bartender?
Bartender/barista since high school, about 10 years.
3 – What brought you to the world of bartending / what inspired you to become a bartender?
Started from be a waiter in some luxury hotel in Milano, then decided that the bar is better for me, and so started to study more about coffee, wine and alcohol.
4 – What have you discovered about yourself being a bartender?
A person who like to know always more about my job, products and more… A person that likes to tell a story to my clients when I explain one of my cocktails (classics or not) and let then know more info about the products that I uso to make drinks. I’m a bartender that want to let my clients have a great costumer experience when they are at my bar.
5 – How is the situation in your city/country regarding Covid?
Well, it seems be better, but who knows… For now, getting better and hope it continues to get better…
6 – What inspired you to make the video you’ve sent us?
Well, I thought that during the lockdown I needed to do something, and started to make classic drink, and also experimenting new recipes…
