
It’s cocktail time! Three fall cocktail recipes to make at home
Feeling all cozy at home with the fall cold? Your perfect after work drink can be made at home if you follow these cocktail recipes.
Flavors like cinnamon and thyme and robust fruits as apple and peach will make your palate fit into the fall season.
Espresso Martini Twist

Ingredients
1.5 oz banana infused vodka (you can make yours infusing vodka and a sliced banana in a mason jar for at least two days. Strain and remove bananas).
0.5 oz Kahlua
0.25 oz simple syrup
2 dashes chocolate bitters
Garnish: pinch of Cinnamon dust
Type of glass: coupe (stem glass)
Preparation
Add all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled stem glass. Garnish with cinnamon dust.
Peach Cocktail
1.5 oz gin
1 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz dry vermouth
0.25 oz Becherovka
0.75 oz peach cinnamon syrup*
Garnish: peach slice, sprig of thyme
Type of glass: rocks glass
Preparation
Add all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with peach slice, sprig of thyme.
*Peach cinnamon syrup recipe: grab a saucepan and combine 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water, couple teaspoon of cinnamon and sliced peaches. Boil then reduce over medium heat for about 30 minutes. Strain peaches.
Autumn Fizz
Ingredients
2 oz gin
0.25 oz lemon juice
Agave nectar
Sparkling apple cider
Garnish: thyme and apple
Type of glass: highball / rocks
Preparation
Add first the gin into the shaker, then the lemon juice and agave nectar. Shake. Add ice to your glass. Pour into your glass and top with sparkling cider. Garnish with fresh thyme and apple an slice.
