Best Summer Cocktail : Fiero e Tonic

The best summer cocktail to enjoy outside or at home!

Recipe :
7 cl Fiero Martini
7 cl tonic
Fresh orange slice

Preparation:

Fill a large glass balloon with ice cubes and refresh it with a mixing spoon. Remove excess water and pour in ingredients. Mix gently then garnish with a slice of fresh orange.

 

 

Golden Rush

Ingredients

3 cl Ben Nevis 10 years old single malt
1.5 cl bourbon honey
1.5 cl lemon juice
2 dashes of bitter lavender

Preparation

Prepare a honey syrup by diluting a part of the lavender honey with a part of water (or bourbon). Add the syrup, whisky and freshly squeezed lemon juice to a shaker with ice cubes. Add a shaker and serve in a cocktail bowl. Garnish with a sprig of lavender.

 

 

La bande à Basil

Ingredients

4 to 5 basil leaves
1 cl citronella syrup
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1.5 cl lemon juice
1 egg white
5 cl Amber Charrette Rum 40° Mix & Cocktails
Ginger beer

Preparation

Crumple the basil leaves in your hands to extract the aromas. Pour into a shaker with all ingredients except ginger beer. Shake firmly for about ten seconds.

Pour into a cocktail glass with a sieve. Fill with ginger beer directly into the glass. Decorate with a basil leaf.

 

 

Zeste Exotique

Ingredients

1 vanilla pod
2 cl fresh grapefruit juice
1.5 cl fresh lemon juice
3 cl vodka
2 cl triple sec.
4,5 cl of crémant Die Jaillance crémant

Preparation

Cut a vanilla pod in half lengthwise and remove the pulp on the half. In a shaker filled with ice cubes, add to the grapefruit juice mixture, lemon juice, vodka and triple sec and shake vigorously.

Pour the contents into a highball glass (containing between 25 and 30 cl) and add the crémant. Stir lightly with a spoon. Garnish with a quarter grapefruit and half the vanilla pod.

Ingredients

4 cl Jura Seven Wood
4 cl of chablis
1 cl agave liqueur

Preparation

Pour the different ingredients into a glass of wine that you have cooled with an ice cube. Mix gently.

 

 

 

Sloe Sling

Ingredients

4 cl Plymouth gin
2 cl Plymouth sloe gin
1 cl lemon juice
Champagne Mumm Cordon Rouge

Preparation

Pour the Plymouth Gin, Plymouth Sloe Gin liqueur and lemon juice into a shaker filled with ice. Shake.

Fill a glass (25 cl) with ice. Pour the contents of the shaker into the shaker by straining the ice and cover with champagne. Stir gently with a spoon and add crushed ice on top.

 

 

Manhattan

The best summer cocktail to enjoy outside or at home!

Ingredients

4 cl Woodford whisky
Kentucky Straight Rye Reserve
2 cl red vermouth
2 dashes angostura bitter

Preparation

Pour all ingredients and ice cubes into a mixing glass. Mix with a spoon and filter into a cold martini glass. Garnish with orange zest or maraschino cherry.

 

 

Le Tit’Abricot

The best summer cocktail to enjoy outside or at home!

Ingredients

4 cl white agricultural rum
50% La Mauny
2 cl lemon juice
0,5 cl sugar cane syrup
2 dash bitter
1 teaspoon apricot jam
A few fresh mint leaves

Preparation

In a shaker filled with ice cubes, crush the mint and add a teaspoon of apricot jam. Pour the white agricultural rum, lemon juice and sugar cane syrup with the bitter. Shake vigorously and pour into a large glass to filter the ice. Garnish with mint leaf.
