The 2020 edition of the event by the Bureau National Interprofessionnel du Cognac (BNIC) begins January 23rd in Paris. Although, it is followed by three dates yet to be revealed between Paris and Bordeaux.

The Cognac Cocktail Connexion aims to highlight the creation of cognac-based cocktails prepared by young actors from the French high mixology. The BNIC organizes the event together with Barmag.

The CCC is an itinerant event that seeks to raise awareness of French mixology characters to the expressions of cognac in cocktails. At the same time, it seeks to reach both professionals and amateur enthusiasts of this drink.

Elegant and subtle cocktails can be created with cognac, and the spirit offers a variety of styles and profiles. In addition, it has a great aromatic richness that inspires bartenders and thus allows them to make diversified creations, whether classic or contemporary.
